- How far is the office from the highway?
- Eleven miles of straight, then a turn, then more of the same. You will see it for the last forty minutes and reach it in the last two.
- What does sixteen dollars buy?
- A name on a state form and an address a long way from anybody who would use it. That distance is the service.
- Is anybody there?
- Somebody is between the box and the desk most days. It is a long stretch, and they are not at either end when you arrive.
- What happens to mail at the section road?
- It sits in the box at the road until the trip is made. The trip is made when there is another reason to make it. There is rarely another reason.
- What if I am served?
- The process server drives eleven miles, finds the box, and applies the state's rule for a company with nobody home. That rule is on the Wyoming page, which is closer than the box.
- Why just Wyoming?
- From the office you can see most of it. You cannot see any other state. We cover what we can see.

- Can you give me directions?
- Straight, then straight, then left at the only thing to turn at. You cannot miss it. You can, however, decline to go.
- Is the price flat?
- The price is the flattest thing about us, and that is saying something out here. Sixteen, every year, no grade.
- What is the difference between you and the free outfit?
- Sixteen dollars and about ninety miles. The nothing is the same at both ends of the drive.
- What is the most you would pay if something went wrong?
- The fees from the three months before it went wrong, which is $4. Out here that is about a tank of gas, one way.
- Can you end my service?
- At any time, for any reason or none, without notice and without refund. You would not know for a while. It is a long way to hear anything.
- Why is the office so far from everything?
- It was cheaper. Everything out here is cheaper for the same reason we are.
